The NIOSH Pocket Guide gives phosphoric acid a 1 mg/m³ time-weighted-average REL and OSHA PEL with a 3 mg/m³ short-term REL, identifies inhalation, ingestion, skin, and eye routes, and describes the material as a crystalline solid often used in aqueous solution.
